4 Bedroom Floor Plan 4 Bedroom Front Elevation 4 Bedroom Rear Elevation 4 Bedroom Side Elevation Our ranch style range, as it’s name suggests, is based on the large long log timber cabins that may still be seen on larger blocks of farmland throughout Australia. When a lot of us think of kit homes, we think of these types of designs that we’re very popular throughout the late seventies and early eighties. We’ve always liked the simplicity and efficiency of design of these homes, and have decided to continue in a similar vein.The major difference is, our homes are based around a steel portal frame rather than timber, and are offered with colorbond steel claddings as a standard, although there is no reason why they cannot be cladded in other materials or used in a brick veneer design. Like our single room cabin designs, our ranch style buildings can be manufactured in a way that allows them to be transported to, and built on a relatively inaccessible site. Also, our ranch style homes can be manufactured as a full-bolt-together design, or as a lighter design with the use of some ‘tek’ screws, with bolted connections in critical locations. With 10 years of experience in the steel portal framed building sector of the construction industry, we knew it would be possible to produce a building that could meet these needs by keeping the design based on a bolt together system for the framework, using custom cut and punched C and Z purlins. Our standard sizes are based around internal room sizes of 3.6x3.6 metres, but as with our other ranges we can customize to your needs. Licence No. (NSW) : 163139C
